[Feature] Make help section more noticeable to new users

Describe the solution you'd like
Being on the Discord I have come across a number of new users of Stash who didn't realise that there is a Help section within Stash itself, so my idea was for something to draw their attention to the help section being there (its not immediately obvious).

Perhaps something like when they launch Stash for the first time on a new install, there is a overlay display with an arrow pointing to the help section, so their attention is drawn to it.

This would result in not so many questions being asked by new users in Discord that is covered within the help section.
