[Feature] Highlight performers who have birthdays coming soon

I like to wish happy birthday to my favorite creators, and perhaps offer a tip or gift. But, how do I remember?

Describe the solution you'd like

Stash can already record performers' birth dates. I would like to see a carousel of performers with upcoming birthdays on the front page.

I care about some performers more than others (small fan-site creators with whom personal interaction is possible, but not professional stars), so the list should be filterable -- by minimum rating, favorites only, currently active, certain tags, etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

One can sort performers by birthdate, but that includes year so that's really sorting by age. I can't find any add-on plugins or scripts that do this.

An alternative to the front-page list might be the ability to sort or filter performers by days-until-birthday.

This is somewhat related to #1576, as it involves considering partial dates (although in this case it would be ignoring the year rather than the month or month+day).

Additional context

It would also be cool to have icons for "birthday today" and "upcoming birthday" overlay icons on performer cards. (Different icons for "it's today!" and "it's within a month", say.)
