I'm running into an issue migrating from, I think, schema 46 to 48. The page seems to keep refreshing on /migrate forever so it never sends me to the landing page. The migration seems to work though.

I brought this up in the bugs channel on Discord and another user let me know someone else had this issue.

That user had a hunch it could be related to #3912

I'm currently using the latest commit 170f45c
