[Bug]: Html breaks images & links

Describe the bug

I want to add an embed and an image to my card, but when I add any html the image turns into plain text when rendering

To Reproduce

1. Create a new card
2. Add this content:

<div></div>
![[image.png]]
?
Test

3. Review the card
4. The image will show as text

Expected behavior

I would expect markdown and html to work seamlessly together, but it seems like when the html comes before the image it breaks? The other way around seems to work fine for some reason
Same thing seems to happen for links of any kind (external/internal)
