according to license requirements for MIT we are obliged to supply the license and copyright notice for any project.
But the notice was remove in this commit: 45ab505

Why?
What is the current copyright notice for this project?

Will the old statement "Copyright (c) Renci, Oleg Kapeljushnik and Gert Driesen" change or is it still valid and i can continue using it?
