Clarify "plan" tasks which imply also doing the actions #96

For example comp/virtual-comp/plan is titled "Plan simulating the $SRYYYY virtual competition" but then has sub-tasks of:

  • Decide who will run the simulation
  • Decide when the simulations will be run
  • Generate a schedule for the simulated matches
  • Run the simulation
  • Send the videos to the livestream producer

The first of these obviously fit with a "plan" type task, however the latter three are unclear. I suspect that for that example we should change the schedule "Generate a schedule .." task to "plan how to generate a schedule" and then delete the last two.
