Cli progress display for total files formatted

Add a progress bar that will show the total progress of the number of files formatted vs the total matched in the directory or via the regex.

Due to their inability to print other output while a progress bar is active, we can't use the approach of a stationary progress bar at the bottom of the output. We will need some approach that shows progress using normal print statements, not a progress bar.
