If no type-argument is specified, then Uint8Array defaults to Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>.

Making the type defintion more specific is generally helpful, but also fixes an issue: In nodejs, Blob accepts ArrayBuffer | BinaryLike, which is not the same ArrayBufferLike.
