Add a constructor with externally managed Reactor Netty resources to `ReactorNettyClientRequestFactory`

In order to support CRaC and Spring lifecycle, ReactorNettyClientRequestFactory implementation should provide a constructor to allow proper recreation of the underlying http client after a restart with related resource management.
