Support `NullHandling` in `JSqlParserQueryEnhancer`

With #3811 we introduced NullHandling for QueryUtils. We should apply NullHandling also when using JSqlParser to avoid inclusion of a richer library that removes functionality that has been present on a lighter dependency setup.
