Consolidate access to `TypeInformation<?>` VS. `Class<?>` on `PersistentProperty`

Currently, we have a few inconsistencies in naming methods that return Class<?> VS. TypeInformation<?>. We should name the ones returning the latter …TypeInformation() consistently.
