The latest version of my favorite plugin, angular-ui-select, does a not-great job of rendering options when the screen is smaller. Someone has submitted a PR to fix it (angular-ui/ui-select#836), which is monkey-patched in here.
Also appending to body by default, and overriding some styles so it actually works in a modal.
