Some breaking changes were recently introduced in go-plugin library. Update plugins to be compat with the latest stuff.

Breaking change: hashicorp/go-plugin#52
Issue showing other's breakage: hashicorp/go-plugin#57

Our version pin (remove this once fixed): 93ced2f
