🦎 summary

지원서 개발 환경 특성 상 상용서버와 개발서버를 분리할 수 없어
기능테스트 시에도 상용서버와의 통신이 이루어지고 있는 상황.
불필요한 통신, 비효율적인 테스트 환경 개선을 위해 mocking 라이브러리 도입
