Proton Autoupdate

Both regular and custom (GE) Proton versions can be automatically updated if the corresponding option is set:

Proton-GE

Optionally enable version bumps of Proton-GE version per game by enabling AUTOBUMPGE (="Auto last Proton-GE") in the Game Menu When enabled steamtinkerlaunch

• checks for a new version upstream, prepares it if available
• updates the Proton-GE version used for the current game automatically to the latest Proton-GE version if the currently used Proton is a Proton-GE version

regular Proton

Optionally enable version bumps of regular Proton versions per game by enabling AUTOBUMPPROTON (="Auto last Proton") in the Game Menu When enabled steamtinkerlaunch

• updates the Proton version used for the current game automatically to the latest official/regular Proton version if the currently used Proton is an official one
