Allow custom colors for projects

Current State

If I create a new project currently I'm limited to the pre-defined color selection:

Feature Request

Additionally to the default colors it would be nice to be able to enter a HEX code which is used as the color for the project.

Alternatives

An alternative (or additional option) would be to let the user pick a color via color picker.
