Feature: Lock Time Entries

Is there an easy way to lock time entries? Use case: After we’ve invoiced/exported the time entries, we’d like to prevent them from being edited.

We’ve implemented this by adding an invoiced_at field to the TimeEntry model.

We’ve also protected the time entries from being updated or deleted.

This is a very useful feature which I think should be added to the product @Onatcer what do you think? @StanBarrows Would you be open to provide a PR?
