Error creating work item types #17

When I click the start configuration button, I get to the 3rd step in the process to create the WI types and I receive the following error. "Error creating work item types" I am using the free trial right now so that I can prove out the business use case to purchase this extension if it works for my program.

Problem solved, I didn't have permission to create WIs and now I do. Sorry for not doing my due diligence first. |

The other issue I am facing now is that when I click the New ART button, the next screen flashes up and then goes blank. Not sure what could be going on there. |
