Bump xmldom and material-table

Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [material-table](https://github.com/mbrn/material-table). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xmldom`

Updates `material-table` from 1.64.0 to 1.69.3
