[Upgrade] command #14
Description
From time-to-time, we may need to make changes to the Kubernetes objects that enable the seamless deployment process snow provides -- to respond to breaking changes in Kubernetes itself, or for security purposes.
We should store a semver-ed version in Kubernetes ConfigMap. This value can be checked and updated once updates are completed.
