detect SELinux is enforcing and set required security policies for CentOS 7
allow http/https if iptables is running

Awesome, thanks! BTW I tested it on latest CentOS 7 minimal and latest CentOS 6.8 minimal. Also closes my issue #2670. |

Set httpd_can_connect_ldap on for ldap integration if SELinux is enforcing.
CentOS 6
Add http/https ports if iptables is running.
