When someone follows my fedi account bridged to BSky, and they are not bridged themselves, nothing happens. I.e. I don't find out about it and I cannot follow back.
If I do double check my follower lists and compare and find out about this person, I can then DM the bridge account in Fedi to have the bridge account in BSky nudge the person. That's too complicated.

They should be informed right away when following me, ideally by my own bridged account and not the bridge, that they need to follow @ap.brid.gy to get enable normal interactions with me.

This probably should have a bit of logic to check whether the user fulfills the requirements for bridging, ideally informing them how to do so if that's not the case.
