Benchmarks for new db library

Hi!

If you are confident in the stability of this DB driver it would be really interesting to see how it performs against the like of JDBC and others (since it's based on Rust, I expect good results).

I started implemented some basic benchmarks.

I'll publish the results, as soon as I have some concrete results.

Nice! If I have some time, I will contribute to the TechEmpower benchmarks as well, I am familiar with their codebase.

I just got the first results.

The spring-boot version seems a bit faster (especially in the no-transaction scenario).
In the other two scenarios (tx-commit and tx-rollback) the two solutions complete with almost the same times.

I think that in general I'm pretty happy with the results.
My main goal until now was to provide a stable solution and to build the basic API.
In the future I'm planning to change the underlying implementations.
