Bug that in Windows 10, Windows task bar will block smplayer's progress bar

Describe the bug

in Windows 10, Windows task bar will block smplayer's progress bar (in windows 7, there is no such problem)

Expected behavior
Fullscreen should be fullscreen literally, but in win10 it lets taskbar gets infront, I tested mpc-be, it's true fullscreen, so.
