Since @ctrlpz decided on the name for the debugging elements in SOMns, we should introduce a proper subsystem/package with all the relevant elements.

Think it is best if I try to do this once we have all of @daumayr's changes related to the actor tracing in. To avoid a hassle with changing all the code again upfront.
