This looking promising. Since the VGA circuit is quite independent from the CPU, this should now be easier. Your monitor does not seems to recognize the 640x480 VGA mode the Minimal uses. It is important to check for the two active low VGA sync signals ~HSYNC (every 32µs) and ~VSYNC (every 16.667ms). |

I finally figured out the problem, I bought some non-standard 74HC clone chips and the timing was messed up. After replacing some of the chips, everything is normal. |

Now my UART is available and "Ready" is received, but there is no signal on VGA. Can anyone help me check?
