This pull requests adds the following abilities

  • add must-revalidate flag to Cache-Control header
  • allow maxAge to be 0 (otherwise it would be ignored)
  • add tests for must-revalidate
  • fix composer.json to reflect the new branches, otherwise composer install would currently fail
