Add a randomization count widget to the landing/Overview page

I think this could replace the "Welcome!" box.

Randomization Total

2 subjects were randomized in the past week

[UCM] is the top site with 2 total randomizations

Some sort of information like this. Could even contain the progress bar as in PATS. Doesn't have to be flashy or as extensive as the PATS dashboard.
