Instructions for integrating with Cmder don't seem to work

The instructions don't seem to mention a need to install lua, and Cmder seems to be able to run its own lua scripts.  According to Chat GPT Cmder has LUA internally, but if that is correct, why is it not able to run the z.lua script?
