Distinguishing between "code name" and "board name"

Currently, cros-updates shows devices by their board names and brand names. But CBs actually have separate "code names" and "board names". For example, an IdeaPad 3 CB has a code name "lick" and board name "octopus". But cros-updates shows board name as lick. That creates confusion.

Therefore, CBs need to be sorted by their common shared boards, and then their code names, just like here.
