- Update android/build.gradle with Skillz SDK configurations (compileSdk: 28, minSdk: 19, targetSdk: 28) - Add android/gradle.properties with version 8.4.2-skillz and artifact configuration - Create android/release.gradle with Maven deployment setup for Skillz Nexus repository - Configure React Native 0.73.2 compatibility with proper dependency versions - Enable automated deployment to http://nexus.skillz.com/content/repositories/thirdparty/
