Cloud shadows don't work

What happened?

Hello, I'm wondering if this has been encountered by anyone before:

Clouds simply do not cast shadows for me when using Proton. Cloud shadows work fine in Bliss and BSL, just not Proton. I've tried using every preset (then explicitly setting cloud shadows to on)... But I don't see them.

Am I blind? Maybe they're subtle, and there's a setting to make them more prominent?

Tested in superflat world and it is working even on DH

Though in normal survival world it is very subtle even on max intensity
