Allow scrobble to be saved offline, and then synced when online #539

Hi,
Currently scrobbling works only when online. When offline, my understanding is that scrobbling is skipped. That could also happen if there is a network hiccup right when the scrobbling of one track is done.
It would be nice to have Youamp save or buffer the scrobbles in some way, so that they're sent periodically, or only when online.
I don't know if this could be related in some way to #249
