  • mute (nickname): Mute user (currently we have to do whois lookup and run user set on their ID
  • unmute (nickname): Unmute user
  • restrict (nickname): Set restricted bit to 1
  • unrestrict (nickname): Set restricted bit to 0

If the nickname is not found, they should send info on how to register them first.
