We assume that measured and reported NOx emissions in CEMS represent controlled NOx emissions (rather than uncontrolled) - that is, NOx emissions after emissions control equipment has been used.
In other words, do we need to further adjust NOx (and SO2) emissions data reported in CEMS in order to accurately represent actual emissions into the atmosphere?
