50% zoom strange behaviour

When using the 50% zoom button to see a better map overview, the current position is ignored and the view is moved in a different zone, often the lower part of the map. When going back to 100% zoom, the view goes to another location too, giving some problems to understand where we were before.
It should zoom in/out keeping the current central point in the middle of the screen.

I actually found out that this problem is present in the desktop version, too. I will file an issue also on the main github repository.
