Refinement of Use Case classes

The classes Reshaping, Initialization, Folding, Lifting, Form-Finding are being refined
so that support the simple scripting interface with the goal to define the scripts as

..... problem specification using the crease pattern api ...
..... visualization using mayavi view .....

The goal is to minimize the effort for constructing the view objects so that the documentation
examples can be produced just by specifying the focal point, resolution and let the production of the animated gif be done - even without an extra window.
