Update changelog for 0.10.2

Summary:
My last attempt at doing the 0.10.2 release was delayed due to finding a bug which we fixed and CI failing on Github.

Let's try again. The Changelog as mostly reviewed already in facebookarchive#1376 by sophiebits so I will probably just merge this once I verify it has no typos.
