auto_apply_builders: false is in the wrong level

Should be:

Thanks for the report. This is already fixed in the main site.

Unfortunately the Netlify branch subdomains stopped working after I had to build the pages in a GitHub action, I only get weird hashes for the non-main site now. So develop--moor.netlify.app will probably not be updated.
