The lockout message could be more ambiguous as to how long the account will be locked out.
Current message is: Your account has been temporarily disabled because of too many failed attempts at logging in. Please try again in 15 minutes.

Suggest removing the sentence Please try again in 15 minutes. to avoid a malicious user easily knowing the lockout period.

While I think this may be inherited from framework, I'm raising here as this may become the default form. @robbieaverill - moved to framework repo
