Valid syntax for removal of default ElementContent element #842

Documentation suggests this will remove the default "ElementContent" element - doesn't seem to be the case?

Page:
disallowed_elements:
- DNADesign\Elemental\Models\ElementContent

Element remains when above code is inserted into /app/_config/mysite.yml in SS 4.6 post flush/build

It will remove it from being able to be created (new instances), but it doesn't destroy existing instances.

I had this issue on version 4.0 Upgrading to

        "dnadesign/silverstripe-elemental": "^4.3",

Solved the issue for me. It looks like there was a bug in ElementalAreaExtension and maybe somewhere else.
