Guidance for migrating DB content from version 3 to version 4

I can see that there is an old issue regarding creating a task to take care of this but it doesn't look like anything has been attempted as of yet

Would be good if some information could be added to the upgrade docs to provide details about how to migrate the DB from v3 to v4.

For example:
entries in the WidgetArea table with ClassName Element need to be moved to the ElementalArea (and ElementalArea_Live as well?) with ClassName changed to DNADesign\Elemental\Models\ElementalArea.

We are working on a upgrade at the moment so if anyone has any useful information to provide regarding what needs to change in the DB, that would be great.

It's not from 3 to 4, but from 1 (or 2) to 3 or 4, right? 3 and 4 don't use Widgets anymore, 1 and 2 did.
