Changes proposed in this pull request:

Add a color theme switcher based on the one from Bootstrap's docs.
- Themes include "Light," "Dark," and "Auto."
Update some colors in _highlight.scss and _prose.scss to work with dark themes.
Use an include to place the switcher.
