Improved notifications of unread messages for Windows.

A long time ago, when the skype was a good messenger, it had the best notification of unread messages. It was very noticeable and you never miss anything. Let me describe, how it worked.

It had separate windows for different conversations (it's not a case for Signal, but anyway). Skype was placed in system tray and when a new message arrived, it opened a minimized window for the conversation and highlighted it in task bar. And that's it. This window was highlighted until you opened it. And even when you restarted computer, it opened that minimized windows with unread messages again.

Signal has notifications when placed in system tray, but they disappear shortly, and you miss a new message until look at the small icon in the tray to check it there is something new.

It would be great if Signal will open it's window minimized when there is a new unread message, and highlight it. Even after restart. It could be an option along with system notifications.
