UIUX issue where the option to switch between 'Set up with import' and 'Set up as new device' is not available after getting an error screen.
Steps to reproduce
Choose to set up as a new device
Scan the QR code
Do not name the device and wait for the screen to time out
See the 'Something went wrong screen'
Select Try again
OR
Choose to set up as an import
Select an incorrect folder
See the 'Something went wrong screen'
Select Try again
Actual result:
Go to Signal > File and only see the option of Exit. The option to switch between import or set up as new is not available. User need's to close out of Signal and Re-open to switch to import or as a new set up.
Expected result:
See the option to switch between 'Set up with import' and 'Set up as new device' under Signal > File when returning to screen 1
