Bug description

Group message thread, using Signal Desktop and Android client. One person left, and rejoined the group (several times) a couple days ago.
Now, the desktop client appears to not realize the person is back in the group chat. It does not send them messages, but does receive messages from them (to the group).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a group chat
  2. One person leaves, rejoins (maybe multiple times)
  3. Keep a desktop client offline for a couple days (weekend)
  4. Start using client again

Actual result:
the rejoined person does not receive messages from desktop client

Expected result:
desktop client should update to reflect the current group members, so all new messages send to all members.
