[Electron] Signal doesn't move correctly between 4k and 2k displays

Bug description

I have a 4k laptop. I attach a 2k external display.
Laptop display DPI scales at 200%, external display at 100%.
Move the signal window from one to the other; when they cross the threshold, the DPI pops, but the window titlebar and the window gadgets get all squashed and broken.

Steps to reproduce

• Attach a 2k display to a 4k laptop (or vice versa)
• Set the 4K display to 200%, and the 2k display to 100% DIP scaling
• Move the signal window between the displays
• Observe the graphical issues.

Actual result: Window title and gadgets get squashed and broken
Expected result: Windows should transition between displays like other apps.
