Bug description

Strange behaviour with the new emoji bar in combination with a zoomed view.

Steps to reproduce

• Start signal
• Zoom in (Ctrl + Shift + +) or Zoom out (Ctrl + -)
• Open a chat and the emoji bar
• Click in the header icons of the emoji bar, e.g. the football or the flag

Actual result: The blue indication bar which shows on which page you are goes to the desired section but immediately moves left. If you zoom to normal (Ctrl + 0) the bug don't occur anymore.
Expected result: The blue indication bar goes to the desired section and stays there.

The Ubuntu PPA gave me v1.0.36
But I don't have a Emoji-Bar
In the "about"-window there is v1.0.36, too.

But I also don't see a v1.0.36 release on this github site...

The Emoji-bar is in beta at the moment^^

Ah, also the emoji panel was in v1.0.35 beta but not in v1.0.36

Not reproducible for me on osx. Blue bar seems to function normally under zoom.

I was able to repro this on v1.1.0-beta.5 on MacOS.
