[Electron] messages pending when Signal exits are not delivered next session #1534

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  • Send some messages while Signal is in a disconnected state
  • Exit Signal before a "message not sent" error can appear
  • Restart Signal once a connection will succeed

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

WHAT I EXPECT TO HAPPEN

  • Messages should be delivered once I re-open Signal
  • Those messages should carry a timestamp corresponding to when I actually sent them.
