Only able to send messages to certain Signal Users.

Bug description

Some signal users I can messages and others I had originally been able to message I am unable to. Click the send button, nothing happens.
I'm able to send via my phone, but not for certain users on my Mac client.

Steps to reproduce

I'm unsure how to do this. Even when I restart my application, it the issue still persists.

Actual result: Describe here what happens after you run the steps above (i.e. the buggy behaviour)
Expected result: Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)

Hm, this is a tricky one. Can you provide another log after trying to both receive and send from the problematic conversations, as well as some successful conversations? Then if you tell me what the problematic phone numbers are, I can compare the good and the bad.

Once you've provided that new log, try going to chrome://extensions and find 'Signal Private Messenger' there. Click the 'Reload' option and see if the behavior persists.

I'm getting the same problem, but with two groups. It only started a few days ago. I reinstalled Signal, and it was fixed, but unfortunately I didn't collect any logs. (And got bitten by #444 at the same time.)
